A few days ago we posted some amazing photos of the intimate wedding of Lina and Rikkert. Their small ceremony was held at a great little restaurant in Steveston, with only close family and friends. It was such a great experience to see this lovely couple tie the knot with so much love in the air. Here is round two of their portraits, enjoy! xo k
Lina and Rikkert are such a lovely couple. They were referred to Boutique Studios by Melanie of Mink Makeup and Hair (thanks Mel!!) and we all clicked right away. They got married on a beautiful Saturday in Steveston, and decided to have a small wedding with their loved ones. The venue was wonderful and intimate, perfect for their day. When Lina and Rikkert first moved to Steveston from Vancouver they looked hard for a restaurant that made them feel like they were still downtown. In their search they came across Gudrun, a tasting room that offers local and organic product. After many meals in this great restaurant, they decided that they wanted to have their wedding there to share with their family and friends. What a fantastic day with these two, and all of their loves, including Lina’s parents who flew from Sweden for the big day! Much love to you both as you start this wonderful new adventure!
1 comment We posted the other week some photos of Paul and Melissa and his super cute secret mission to ask Melissa to marry him… well here is the video footage that we also took for them… this is so cute!! I love the song, Paul wrote it himself! So gentlemen, he has set the bar pretty high… 2 year anniversary at the same restaurant they had their first date, hand written song and a backup band! Enjoy!! xo Kari no comments We met Aniela and Chris in July when they were looking for a wedding videographer. We had shot her friends wedding, Susanna and Jeremy, and they thought to look us up. These two are so made for each other, they were super cute and I could tell their day was going to be so special. Their wedding was at Westcoast Wilderness Lodge, which has special meaning for them, it’s where Chris proposed!! Having shot there last summer we knew what a great day it was going to be!! no comments Boutique Studios was part of the 2011 Vancouver Wedding Fair, and one of our prizes was a fabulous engagement photo shoot! Jen and Blake were the lucky winners, and we had a wonderful time wandering around Granville Island. They were a super cute couple with many years of love and laughter ahead of them! xo.m
